What is THE Greater Good PROGRAM?
It's a Philadelphia Realtor doing Good in the Neighborhood by giving back to his community. With such limited government resources available for schools and nonprofits, we want to donate $500 from our agent’s commission to make a difference in the communities we serve. All you need to do is refer us to a friend! Want to get involved? Follow these easy steps:
Fill out a form identifying the individual or family you are referring before they reach out to The Dominic Fuscia Team.
The person you are referring then reaches out to us and identifies you as the individual who referred him or her. He or she then fills out a form confirming the reference.
He or she buys or sells a house and reaches settlement.
The donation goes to the school or eligible charity of your choice!

To make the most of your donation, we have carefully vetted several organizations where your money will do the most good. Each one is located in the Philadelphia community, so you’re making a direct impact on the neighborhood you live. If you have a particular organization or school you’re interested in contributing to, please let us know and we’d be happy to consider them.
