It all started back in 1995 in Northern Liberties, the sun was shining and the air full of opportunity. So much so that my brother Eric and I decided to buy the two worst houses on the 300 Block of George St. to renovate and live in. A lot has changed since then, but my love for real estate never faded and to this day I still own and rent those houses out.

 I'm Dominic Fuscia, Husband to Brigette, father to Dylan and Team Leader of The Dominic Fuscia Team. Born and raised in Philly, I grew up on 12th & Waverly, until my family moved to Havertown so I could attend Haverford High School. Since then I have lived all over the city: Fairmount, Rittenhouse, Queen Village, Bella Vista, Pennsport, Old City, Northern Liberties, and presently Fishtown for the last 16 years.

The excitement I have for the neighborhoods and communities I work in is a love like my buyers get when they find their dream home. From cafes to parks there is something for everyone in Philly. You can find me Saturday mornings at the Italian Market, in and out of La Colombe, for business and pleasure, or at any of the amazing restaurants in Philadelphia… I love to eat!

I was also recently honored this past year with the Harry Caparo Spirit Award, given to those who go beyond the call of duty to help their colleagues any way possible. Giving back is very important to me. Our team routinely donates to Cradles to Crayons, Habitat for Humanity, Philabundance, and several Philadelphia schools. We are unique as Realtors in that we also offer a Greater Good Program benefitting our clients & communities, which gives them the opportunity to connect and support local schools and charities by referring our team.
