“My first experience with Dominic was, 6 years ago, when it came time to buy my first home in Philadelphia. I had quite the wish list, a limited budget, and had given up on thinking I could afford something lovely, and right in the city. He convinced me it could be done, and he was going to find it for me. He also convinced me to look into outlying neighborhoods, like Fishtown, which I had never even heard of.
I ended up falling in love with the energy of the neighborhood, and with a home that was truly my perfect fit!!! Right down to a lovely semi-private yard, and unique and funky details, like copper counter tops, and concrete kitchen floor.
When another couple stepped up to match my bidding price, I thought for sure I was going to lose my perfect fit. Dominic negotiated for several days, told me exactly how to approach it, and what to offer in return. We won!
