I'm Amy Reese, the Dominic Fuscia Team's Operations Manager. I make sure that the behind the scenes transaction workflow is seamless and handle our client and vendor relations with transactions. I've been around real estate all my life. My mother Isabel, was a Mainline Realtor for 35 years who specialized in new construction. I always enjoyed watching her work. She taught me about dedication and negotiation. This helped me build the foundation my own photography and wedding film production business. Once I moved into the real estate world, I helped grow and nurture various Coldwell Banker teams. Yet, I was still ready for more. Working exclusively with the DFT, I was able to utilize my business and personal skills in all facets of the team’s business.
I'm proud to be philanthropically involved with many organizations in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. Some within our team are Cradles to Crayons, and Greater Good. I also have been involved with some that are more personal like Help Us Adopt.org and Sweet Baby Zane. One of the biggest reasons joining DFT that was a great fit for me was the team’s commitment to giving back in the areas they serve.
When I'm not helping my agents, you can find jumping off cliffs or petting baby tigers. Jk! However, I did cliff jump in Jamaica once and I have held a baby tiger before. You're more likely to find me cooking all types of cuisine and when lucky to get a table, eating at Zahav in Society Hill. Do yourself a favor and try pretty much everything. Nothing disappoints! I’m also moving towards getting back to drawing and painting. Need to keep my creative juices flowing in this high paced real estate world!
I'm also an avid reader and enjoy a good mystery or biography. Literature and art are my biggest inspirations and bring me back to my Moore College of Art and photography roots.
I live with my wonderful partner Kevin of 10 years, his daughter, and my cats Bear and Hallie in South Philly. We love to head up to “The Ave”on Passyunk and support all of the local businesses there. Particularly, the restaurants! It’s a great and supportive community . To unwind we like to head over to Heinz Refuge. Just 15 minutes away is this amazing oasis that allows you to forget about the high paced nature of City living.
