Watching the leaves change colors, feeling a brisk breeze through my hair and on my face... Fall in Roxborough is just as vibrant as it is cozy. I'm Shelby Garcea and I adore my NW Philly neighborhood where I live with my fiancé Ryan and English bulldog Jenkins.

 Our favorite place is a small Irish pub, Hilltown Tavern. It always has great food and service and is conveniently located 1 block away from our apartment. It's a local hole in the wall where we spend our summer nights drinking on their patio under the stars. They know us and Jenkins by name, so it really just does feel like our spot.

I grew up in a small town in Ohio where I attended the University of Akron and achieved a bachelor’s degree in Middle-Level Education Math and Science. Infatuated with the city life, I moved to Philadelphia with Ryan after graduation and worked in title insurance, however, I always loved houses and everything about them.

 I like to spend my evenings looking at Zillow or taking the long way just to drive by homes. I'm always the first one to ask for a house tour and am thirsty for industry knowledge. After a few years, I knew I wanted to be on the real estate side of the business and eventually get my license. As the Dominic Fuscia Team Listing Coordinator, I'm here to help your agent keep track of all the details and keep communication seamless. 

When I'm not helping our buyers and sellers, I volunteer at PhilaSoup, a non-profit based in Philly. They give micro-grants to teachers for projects in their classrooms and are always looking for volunteers!
