Late last fall, I embarked on a journey as a first time home buyer. I feel deeply fortunate to have crossed paths with Suzie Swisher. When my partner and I first met Suzie, she was the buyers agent for a property we were viewing. We had spoken with a few agents in our search, but were unrepresented. Furthermore, Suzie has a trustworthy extended network, which was incredibly helpful when it came time to do inspections. She was connected with an incredible home inspection company, who walked through the property with us and provided extensive education in addition to a detailed report. As items came up on the inspection report, Suzie was able to get specialists, including an electrician, a roofer, and a plumber - out on short notice during our due diligence period to provide estimates, which were critical in the negotiation period. Suzie was our champion every step of the way - before, during, and yes, after closing on our first home. I truly feel grateful to have crossed paths with her, and am delighted we had the opportunity to work together.
