My partner and I purchased our first home this year and were incredibly lucky to find Suzie to work with during our initial housing search. It was immediately apparent in that initial meeting how incredibly knowledgeable and experienced Suzie is, especially as she expertly answered our questions about financing options and the home-buying process from start to finish. Additionally, it was very clear from the beginning how passionate Suzie is about her work, and how much of a champion she is for whomever she is representing in the home selling/buying process. She is connected in the Philly housing market and would send new listings before they became available on housing apps, which was helpful with such a fast-moving market. When we identified a home that we made an offer on, she seamlessly managed the back-and-forth negotiations until a deal was reached that we were very satisfied with.
